About
A consultancy built on engineering quality.
Fulltech Consulting Inc. is a New York–based software development firm. We partner with growing businesses to design, build, and maintain the software they depend on.
Our story
Engineering you can trust.
Fulltech was founded on a simple idea: most businesses don't need a hundred-person agency or a black-box offshore team. They need a small group of senior engineers who can understand the problem, build the right thing, and stay accountable to the outcome.
We work hands-on with founders, operators, and in-house teams across industries. Whether we're shipping a brand-new product or untangling a system that's grown faster than its architecture, our focus is the same: ship software that works, hold to a high bar of quality, and leave clients with something they can build on.
“We measure success by what our clients ship — not by hours billed, not by line items on an invoice. The work has to be worth doing.”
How we work
A process that respects your time.
Discover
We start by understanding your business — the people, the workflows, and the outcomes that matter. No assumptions, no boilerplate kickoff decks.
Design
We scope the work, sketch the architecture, and align on what we're building before any code is written. You see the plan in plain language, not jargon.
Build
We ship in tight, visible increments. You see working software early and often — not a six-month black box that lands on launch day.
Support
After launch we stay close. We monitor, fix, and iterate so the software keeps earning its keep as your business grows.
What we value
The principles we work by.
Small, senior team
Every engineer on your project is senior. No layers, no junior practice on your dime.
Clear communication
Plain English status, honest tradeoffs, predictable updates. You always know where the work stands.
Built to last
We write code other engineers can read and maintain — yours, ours, or whoever inherits it next.
